time is spent in inept gasping stares
and embarrassing inner dialog
that later become unrequited
memories of melancholy joy

To have a strange episode of the narration.
Out of time spent in the wrong eye
The shame and inner dialogue.
Memories will not pay off after the melancholy joy.
